As a new employee, we ask that you please fill out these forms below and email them to us here!

15 Year Old Permission

Please do not apply for your work permit until you have completed or are within 30 days of completing your lifeguard course.

If you are 15 years old, in addition to the above forms you will also need to fill out the 15 Year Old Permission to Work Form.

This is a 3 step process and begins with your application.Â You must be lifeguard certified to begin.Â Once you are lifeguard certified, you may click below to apply for yourÂ Youth Unique Identifier (YUI).Â Â You will need to forward the email you receive with your YUI to your employer.

Uniforms

The Required Uniform Package consists of:Â 2 T-shirts, 1 bathing suit, 1 whistle, 1 lanyard, 1 Hip Pack.

These items must be obtained prior to your start date.Â You may use any whistle/lanyard combination you like, the remainder of the items are available for purchase on our page at the Uniform Store.Â Please note:Â uniforms may take up to two weeks to arrive, so plan accordingly!
